2018: INDOOR - Finished fifth in the 3,000 at the GNAC Championship in a time of 10:04.57, the eighth-fastest in school history ... finished sixth in the 5,000 at the GNAC Championship in a time of 18:01.66, the eighth-fastest time in school history. OUTDOOR - GNAC All-Academic Team ... finished fourth in the 10,000 at the GNAC Championships in a time of 38:20.19 ... ran a personal-best time of 17:14.70 to finish second in the 5,000 at the Willamette Invitational. 

2017: INDOOR - Finished fourth in the 5,000 at the GNAC Championships in a time of 18:26.85, the seventh-fastest in school history ... competed in the 3,000 (10:56.56) at the GNAC Championships. OUTDOOR - Won the 5,000 (17:21.08) and finished third in the 10,000 (36:42.87) at the GNAC Championships to earn All-GNAC honors ... ran a personal-best time of 36:11.04 in the 10,000 at the SFSU Distance Carnival to rank seventh all-time at UAA ... USTFCCCA Scholastic All-American.

2016: INDOOR – Did not compete. OUTDOOR – Competed at GNAC Championships, placing ninth in 10,000 meters at 37:51.50 … also placed 13th in 5,000 meters at 17:31.72 … registered season-best times of 37:07.59 in 10K at San Francisco State Distance Carnival, 17:23.68 in 5K at Occidental Invitational and 4:48.76 in 1500 meters at Beach Invitational.
