On Feb. 14, she broke UAA’s single-game FT% record by going 14-for-14 ... shattered UAA’s single-season records for playing time, logging 1,050 total minutes and 38.9 per game ... played the entire game 18 times, and fewer than 37 minutes just twice ... 45-minute effort at Seattle (Jan. 22) was the first time in nine years that a Seawolf played the entire game in an overtime contest...in just two years, cracked UAA’s career top 10 in scoring average (4th, 16.8), total rebounds (10th, 539), rebounds per game (2nd, 10.2), total assists (9th, 231), total steals (10th, 143), 3FG made (T-8th, 58), 3FG% (8th, .345), FT made (9th, 222), FT% (2nd, .838) and double-doubles (2nd, 24)...earned Most Outstanding Player award at Great Alaska Shootout after leading UAA to the title with wins over Division I teams Mount St. Mary’s and Clemson ... averaged 17.5 ppg, 6.5 rpg and 4.0 apg in the Shootout, including a 21-point (7-10 FG, 6-6 FT), 7-rebound effort against Mount St. Mary’s...other top performances included 19 points and 12 rebounds in a win over Western New Mexico (Dec. 17); 9 points, 17 rebounds and 5 assists in a win over Central Washington (Jan. 15); 27 points (8-16 FG, 2-3 3FG, 9-10 FT), 11 rebounds and 5 assists in road win over Western Washington (Jan. 24); 38 points (13-21 FG, 2-2 3FG, 10-12 FT) and 12 rebounds in win over NW Nazarene (Feb. 7); and 28 points (8-18 FG, 4-9 3FG, 8-9 FT), 17 rebounds and 6 steals in road win over Western Oregon (Mar. 4).
2002-03: Recorded one of the best all-around seasons in school history with averages of 15.8 points, 11.0 rebounds, 4.8 assists, 2.8 steals and 1.3 blocks per game, earning Daktronics First Team All-West Region, GNAC Newcomer of the Year and All-GNAC First Team honors...led GNAC in rebounds and double-doubles (14) and was the only player in the league to rank in the top 5 in scoring (5th), rebounding and assists (5th)...also ranked in GNAC top 10 in blocks (T-2nd), steals (3rd), FT pct. (8th, .814), and assist-to-turnover ratio (7th, 1.29) ... ranked 19th among NCAA Division II players in rebounding, and her 11.0 average was second-best in school history...also earned spots on UAA’s single-season top 10 lists in minutes per game (2nd, 36.4), double-doubles (3rd), total rebounds (3rd, 286), free throw pct. (4th), and assists (7th, 125) ... joined Debbie Clare (1983-84) as the only Seawolf women ever to average a double-double for the season ... named GNAC Player of the Week on Jan. 6 after narrowly missing a triple-double each night in wins over Oklahoma Panhandle State ... earned a spot on Great Alaska Shootout All-Tournament Team and was named Player of the Game in UAA’s win over Division I Eastern Kentucky (15 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists, 4 steals, 3 blocks)...scored double-digits in 22 of 26 games, including the final 12 in a row ... other standout performances included 21 points, 14 rebounds, 5 assists, 6 steals in win over NW Nazarene; 14 points, 13 rebounds, 6 assists in road win over Saint Martin’s; and 21 points (7-11 FG, 4-6 3FG), 7 rebounds, 5 assists, 6 steals in a 66-65 win over UAF...also competed on UAA's track team, placing fourth in the 800 meters at the GNAC Championships.
BEFORE UAA: Starred two seasons at Snow (Utah) College, where she helped the Badgers to a pair of postseason appearances ... as a sophomore in 2001-02, led the Scenic West Athletic Conference in rebounding (8.4 rpg) and ranked fourth in scoring (12.9 ppg)...also rated among league leaders in assists (12th, 3.1 apg), steals (8th, 2.2 spg) and blocks (8th, 0.6 bpg) ... made SWAC All-Tournament Team and was named Second Team All-Region 18 ... voted Snow’s team MVP and Best Offensive Player by her teammates ... excelled in classroom, earning Summa Cum Laude and Dean’s List academic honors.
