Biography

2000-01: Established her place as one of the most productive players in UAA history, moving into the career top 10 in rebounds (5th, 662), assists (4th, 271), steals (7th, 158), blocks (4th, 65), games played (T-6th, 108) and games started (9th, 76)...she finished 19th in career scoring (616) and 18th in FG made (247)...Larrabee joined Stephanie Smith (1996-00) and Robin Graul (1985-89) as the only Seawolves to rank in the school’s top 10 in rebounds, assists, steals and blocks...she was UAA’s fifth-leading scorer (6.8 ppg) and second-leading rebounder (6.6 rpg) this season. She also ranked second in steals (50) and blocks (24)...Larrabee had one of the best games of her career in UAA’s OT win over Humboldt State on Feb. 3, going for a career-best 17 points with eight rebounds, seven assists, four steals and only one turnover in 39 minutes. She also hit the game-tying shot with 2.3 seconds left in regulation...Larrabee had her best rebounding performance of the year with 13 at Central Washington...against Northwest Nazarene on Feb. 24, she filled up the stat sheet with 14 points (6-11 FG), eight rebounds, three assists, four steals and two blocks in an 84-71 victory.

1999-00: Proved to be one of the most versatile players ever at UAA...dished out a team-best 99 assists, setting a school record for non-guards...5.0 rebounding average, 47 steals and 16 blocks each ranked No. 3 on the team...nearly posted a triple-double in UAA's NCAA Tournament win over Central Washington, going for 10 points, nine rebounds and seven assists...improved her outside shooting, making seven three-pointers.

1998-99: Led the team in rebounding...started 17 of 25 games and was fifth in minutes played...collected a season- and career-high 15 rebounds at Cal State-Stanislaus (Dec. 30).

1997-98: Saw considerable action during freshman season while playing in 27 games...posted a double-double in first collegiate game with 16 points and 10 rebounds against Christian Heritage...recorded a UAA season-high 13 rebounds, also vs. CHC...led the team in scoring twice and in rebounding seven times...averaged 5.6 points and 5.4 rebounds...second on the team and ninth in the Pac West in rebounding average...tied for seventh in the conference with 0.5 blocks per game.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Central Catholic High while receiving four varsity letters in basketball, three in volleyball and one in softball...school's all-time leading scorer in basketball...two-time team MVP and all-conference selection...team captain...averaged 9.8 points, 9.4 rebounds, 1.6 blocked shots and 1.8 steals in 25 games as a senior...select team was Oreguns, a unit which won the amatuer state championship and advanced to the national tournament...volleyball team won a conference title and placed second in the state tournament final twice -- 1994 and '96.

PERSONAL: Born Kellie Nicole Torrey on Aug. 8, 1979 in Portland, Ore...married to former Seawolf point guard Scott Larrabee...grandfather, Dan, played basketball at Oregon State and is honored in the school's Athletic Hall of Fame...daughter of Dave and Tawney Torrey...major is elementary education.
