A former rival in her playing days, AveRee Reynolds returns to the Alaska Anchorage staff in 2026 for her third season as an assistant coach.
In her first two seasons, Reynolds contributed to Seawolf squads that combined for a 39-18 record, including a trip to the NCAA Tournament and a Great Northwest Athletic Conference title in 2025.
An outside hitter, Reynolds played three seasons from 2019-21 at Alaska Fairbanks, racking up 2.55 kills and 0.81 blocks per set in 67 career matches. The Petersboro, Utah, native also played two junior-college campaigns at Eastern Arizona College, ranking among the ACCAC leaders in blocks and earning NJCAA First Team All-America honors.
Reynolds earned her B.A. degree in history from UAF in 2022.
