Parrish came to UAA after serving as the manager of business development for Learfield IMG College Mustang Sports Properties at Cal Poly.

Prior to his work at Cal Poly, Parrish was the coordinator of business development for Learfield IMG College Seawolves Sports Properties at Alaska Anchorage.

Parrish earned both a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in business administration from Alaska Anchorage.

Parrish served a two-year full-time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Malaysia and Singapore before enrolling at Utah State where he was an outside linebacker for the Aggies. He then transferred to UAA where he was a two-time all-academic selection for the men’s basketball team.

Parrish resides in Anchorage with his wife Lexie and daughter Zoe.
