DAVIS, Calif. –

Mackenzie Robinson and
Montana Fairbairn delivered career highs Saturday to pace Alaska Anchorage to a 190.500 total at the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Women's Gymnastics Championships at University Credit Union Center.
The Seawolves also got solid three-event efforts from veterans
Rachel Decious and
Kylie Reese as they finished fifth in the team standings behind San Jose State (196.425), host UC Davis (196.060), Air Force (193.750) and Sacramento State (192.975) in their season finale.
Manley, a freshman from Albuquerque, N.M., led the Seawolves on both of her events, scoring 9.65 on uneven bars in the opening rotation and tying for ninth of 30 competitors on floor with a career-high 9.825.
"We achieved a lot of our small team goals to finish out our season, including several career- and season-best performances that we're really proud of," said UAA head coach
Marie-Sophie Boggasch. "The growth of our team culture and energy has been especially impressive. The student-athletes on this team deserve all the recognition for sticking with this program, fund-raising for it, and competing after all the Covid interruptions. The Seawolves were at their best in the second rotation on balance beam, getting a career-high 9.725 in the second position from Robinson, along with 9.725s from freshman
Shannon Farrell and Decious. Freshman
Brooklyn Kopsack and Fairbairn delivered 9.55s to help UAA to its second-best beam total of the season at 48.275.
Decious and Reese scored 9.75 and 9.55, respectively, to supplement Manley's score on floor, while Reese came just shy of her career-high 9.7 score on vault, finishing her career with a 9.675. Fairbairn earned a career-high 9.625 on vault, alongside 9.5s from Kopsack and
Allie McClure.
