ANCHORAGE (Nov. 24) – Junior guard
Tyler Burraston scored 18 points and the Alaska Anchorage men's basketball team used another strong defensive effort Sunday for a 101-27 victory over Portland Bible at the Alaska Airlines Center.
The Seawolves (4-5) also got 14 points and three steals from junior forward
Bishop Tosi as they broke the program record for fewest points allowed and recorded the fourth-largest margin of victory.
The Arrows (0-6) were led by 12 points from guard Jalen Ross.
After breaking the school record for field-goal percentage in Saturday's 93-30 victory over the same club, UAA took a few minutes to get rolling in the rematch. Leading just 12-10, the Seawolves got back-to-back baskets from senior guard
Dillon Barrientos (10 points) as they began to pull away.
UAA led 45-16 at halftime and held the visitors to 11 points in the second half – the second-fewest allowed by a Seawolf team over the final 20 minutes.

Sean Evans tallied 10 points, seven assists and no turnovers, while freshman guard
Luke Johnston came off the bench with 10 points on 5-of-6 shooting in just eight minutes.
The 27 points allowed broke the record set against the same team in an 87-28 victory, Dec. 22, 2022.
