LACEY, Wash. – Junior guard Dathan Satchell scored a career-high 23 points, but the hot shooting of host Saint Martin's was too much for the Alaska Anchorage men's basketball team to overcome Saturday in a 100-73 loss at Marcus Pavilion.

The Seawolves (9-9, 3-6 Great Northwest Athletic Conference) also got 16 points and three assists from junior guard Tyson Gilbert as they suffered their first double-digit loss of the season.

The Saints (15-4, 7-2) were led by 17 points on 6-of-8 shooting from guard Christian Haffner, along with nine points and eight assists from Jaden Nielsen-Skinner. Saint Martin's finished 22 of 43 from long range as a team, breaking its program record for most three-pointers in a GNAC game.

A transfer from Los Positas (Calif.) College, Satchell shot 8 of 16 from the field – including 5 of 10 on treys – while tying for team-high honors with five rebounds and four assists.

Jaedon Bradley finished with nine points and three rebounds, and fellow junior forward Jaron Williams had seven points, five rebounds and four assists for UAA.
