Alaska Anchorage will host Stonehill for a pair of games at the Avis Alaska Sports Complex Dec. 5-6. The games will be the first home games for the Seawolves in 60 days.
Series
Alaska Anchorage has won each of the four previous meetings against Stonehill. The two teams have met twice in Anchorage and twice in Massachusetts.
Coach Shasby
Head coach
Matt Shasby enters his fourth season leading the Seawolves. The Anchorage, native has a 32-68-8 mark as the UAA bench boss.

Aaron McPheters return as assistant coaches for the Seawolves, while Anchorage native
Evan Trupp has joined the staff as an assistant coach.
Multi-Point Game
Alaska Anchorage had two players tally two points against Stonehill. Freshman
Judah Makway scored the first two goals against the Skyhawks, and
Karter McNarland finished with a pair of assists. McNarland leads the Seawolves in both points (seven) and assists (seven).
Judah Makway is tied for the team lead with three goals and leads the team's freshmen with four points.
Shutout
Alaska Anchorage recorded its first shutout of the season with a 4-0 win at Stonehill. The last road shutout by the Seawolves was at Lindenwood on Feb. 17, 2024.
Tyler Krivtsov made 35 saves against the Skyhawks for his first career shutout.
Scoring Streak
Sophomore
Dylan Contreras recorded a point in three of the last four games for the Seawolves. The native of Yorba Linda, Calif., recorded an assist in the win at Stonehill and followed up with his first goal of the season in the loss at Brown. He scored the first goal of the game in the first game of the series at Holy Cross. He has two goals and one assist for three points this season.
Early Lead
Alaska Anchorage scored first in five straight games from Nov. 14-20 before being shutout by Holy Cross on Nov. 23.
Penalty Kill
UAA is 3-3-0 this season when it holds its opponent scoreless on the powerplay and 0-6-0 when they allow a power-play goal.
Last Time Out
Alaska Anchorage finished 1-3-0 during a busy week on the East Coast Dec. 18-23. Alaska Anchorage defeated Stonehill (4-0) and dropped games to Brown (5-2) and Holy Cross (7-2, 1-0).
