BELLINGHAM, WASH. – The University of Alaska Anchorage won three events at the Pee Wee Halsell Collegiate Invite.
Anders Larsen won the 110-hurdles in 14.74, tied for third-fastest in school history. Tyler Drake was second (14.94), and Tobin Schmidtke fourth (15.76).
Mya Campbell won the high jump clearing 1.60/5-3, tied for sixth-best in school history. Sarah Dittman was third in 1.50/4-11.
Seth Cupper won the long jump with a mark 6.70/21-11.75.
Liv Heite was second in the 100 hurdles (14.11), with Gracie Miotke fourth (15.22). Vivien Liessfeld was eighth (15.47), and McKinley Eddington ninth (15.54).
Vivien Liessfeld was fourth in the shot put (11.29/37-0.5), and Eric Bushnell was fifth in the discus (46.16/151-5).
Lance Seneff ran 1:54.72 to finish fourth in the men's 800, and Lucia Garcia ran 2:16.90 to finish eighth in the women's 800.
Jason Lorig was fourth in the 100 running 10.70, the sixth-best time in school history.
Riday Jana was fifth in the 200 in a time of 22.03, 10th-fastest in school history. Ethan Stiller was 12th (22.84) and Brian Morris was 13th (22.92).
Anders Larsen was 12th in both the javelin (48.04/157-7) and the discus (37.51/123-0). His discus mark is the 10th farthest in school history.
Jess Chisar ran 26.22 in the 200 to finish 14th.
The UAA men finished third of ten teams and the women were sixth of ten teams.
UAA will compete in the Ralph Vernacchia Invite Saturday.
