ANCHORAGE – The Alaska Anchorage gymnastics team produced a season-high on uneven bars and three Seawolves took individual victories in a 191.500 to 187.125 dual-meet win over Centenary on Sunday at the Alaska Airlines Center.
The Seawolves' 48.650 bars total equaled the 7th-best score in program history on that apparatus, with freshman
Alyssa Manley's 9.85 and junior
Rachel Decious's 9.825 leading the way. Manley's score also tied the 7th-best individual mark in program history, while Decious produced her career high. Senior
Kylie Reese and freshman
Jessica Johnson tied for third on bars with 9.7s.
UAA also took the top two spots on balance beam with a 9.775 from Decious and a 9.75 from Johnson.
The Seawolves finished strong on floor behind a 9.8 from Johnson and runner-up 9.75s from Decious and Manley.
