LAKE PLACID, NY – The University of Alaska Anchorage finished 12^th out of 22 teams at the NCAA Skiing National Championships Saturday.

Peter Hinds led UAA in the 20-kilometer classic on the final day of racing. Hinds placed 18^th in a time of 58:46.

Magnus Noroey was 29^th (1:01:49), and Ari Endestad was 30^th (1:02:02).

Astrid Stav was the top finisher in the women's race placing 29^th (1:07:30).

Pascale Paradis was 32^nd (1:08:30), and Tuva Bygrave was 35^th (1:10:09).
