LAKE PLACID, NY – The University of Alaska Anchorage finished 12th out of 22 teams at the NCAA Skiing National Championships Saturday.
Peter Hinds led UAA in the 20-kilometer classic on the final day of racing. Hinds placed 18th in a time of 58:46.
Magnus Noroey was 29th (1:01:49), and Ari Endestad was 30th (1:02:02).
Astrid Stav was the top finisher in the women's race placing 29th (1:07:30).
Pascale Paradis was 32nd (1:08:30), and Tuva Bygrave was 35th (1:10:09).
