BELLINGHAM, WASH. – Alexandra Otto led the University of Alaska Anchorage cross country teams with a ninth-place finish at the Bill Roe Classic Saturday.
Otto covered the six-kilometer course in 21:21. Nell Baker was the second Seawolf across the line placing 13th in 21:37.
Avery Williamson placed 35th (22:19), Lilli Lindner 44th (22:40) and Ryann Smith 51st (22:52).
Zach Grams paced the men's team covering the eight-kilometer course in 24:29 to finish 18th.
John Peckham finished 25th (24:57), and Ty Elliott was 38th (25:22).
Samuel Roy and Patrick Doty finished 47th (25:34) and 62nd (25:56) to complete the scoring for UAA.
The UAA men finished fourth and the women were sixth.
Alaska Anchorage will compete at the Lewis Crossover Oct. 12th.
