SPOKANE, WASH. – University of Alaska Anchorage sophomore
Joshua Caleb was named the GNAC Men's Track Athlete of the Meet Tuesday.
Joshua Caleb repeated as the champion in the 60 (6.66) and 200 (21.07) running meet records in both events. He earned the men's high-point award after scoring 21.5 points at the 2025 GNAC Indoor Track and Field Championships.
The Seawolves had two runner-up performances from
Jessica Chisar in the 800 (2:12.45), and
Liv Heite in the 60 hurdles (8.77).
Charlie Hubert earned his first All-GNAC honor with a third-place finish in the mile (4:12.91). He finished eighth in the 3,000 in 8:38.57.
The men's 4x400 relay of
Peyton George,
Ethan Stiller,
Jesse Mandujano and
Joshua Caleb earned All-GNAC honors with a third-place finish in 3:19.77.
The women's 60 hurdles was the highest scoring event on the day for the Seawolves. In addition to
Liv Heite's runner-up finish,
Lacie Simmons placed fourth (9.08) and Mette Van der Meer was seventh (9.24).
Mya Campbell ran the entire second leg of the 4x400 without a shoe as the Seawolves finished fifth in 4:01.13.

Lacie Simmons were the other members of the relay.
Ryann Smith finished sixth in the mile (5:11.48) and seventh in the 3,000 (10:16.89).
Lilli Lindner finished eighth in both the 800 (2:22.19) and mile (5:17.03).
Stephen Zukowski finished seventh in the mile (4:23.09), and
Avery Williamson was eighth in the 3,000 (10:18.18).
Both the men's and women's teams finished sixth out of nine teams.
UAA will compete at the Pacific Lutheran Invitational March 8
th.
