SACRAMENTO, CALIF. – The University of Alaska Anchorage track and field team posted three top-10 marks at the Hornet Invite.
Liv Heite ran 1:02.51 in the 400 hurdles, the fifth-fastest time in school history, 14.29 in the 100 hurdles and 12.48 in the 100.
Mya Campbell jumped out to 5.61/18-5 in the long jump, seventh-best mark in school history, and ran 26.14 in the 200.
Marc Mercier ran 10.87 in the 100, tied for ninth-fastest all-time at UAA, and jumped 6.73/22-1 in the long jump.
Peyton George ran 49.28 in the 400, and AJ Szewczyk ran 59.91 in the 400 hurdles.
Charlie Hulbert ran 3:51.54 in the men's 1,500, and Ryann Smith ran 4:35.54 in the women's 1,500. Lili Lindner finished in 4:42.90.
In the short sprints, Riday Jana ran 10.96 in the 100, followed by James Dixon (11.14) and Brian Morris (11.14). Morris was the top Seawolf in the 200 (22.46), followed by Jana (22.50) and Dixon (22.37).
In the 5,000, Zach Grams ran 14:43.94, and Makendra McCarty finished 17:54.12.
Avery Williamson ran 11:31.20 in the steeplechase, and Stephen Zukowski and Tobias Buchanan ran 9:54.74 and 9:57.81.
Lacie Simmons ran 14.96 in the 100 hurdles.
The men's 4x400 ran 3:25.67 and the women ran 3:59.70.
UAA will compete in the Pacific Multi March 24-25 in Oregon.
